Trust

BAHA Verified

Trust is the biggest problem in Rwandan real estate. Buyers and tenants worry about fake listings, wrong prices and owners who cannot be reached.

A BAHA Verified badge means our team has checked the important information about the property and the person advertising it before promoting it. Listings without the badge are still reviewed before they appear on the site.

Before we verify a listing we:

  • Visit the property and photograph it
  • Confirm the owner or their authorised agent
  • Check the price, size and location details
  • For land, check that the UPI matches the plot

For owners, agents & developers
